A private, durable memory for your work.
Exo is SageCreek AI's personal knowledge base. It collects the context scattered across your email, calendar, files, and notes into one searchable memory of the people, projects, and decisions in your work — so you, your team, and your AI assistants can ask questions and get answers grounded in your real history.
What Exo does
- Optionally connects Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and finished Google Meet transcripts with read-only access, and imports files or text you upload directly.
- Can visibly join a consenting Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams call and save one completed transcript shared with the workspace. Exo stores transcript text; its meeting provider retains recording artifacts as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Organizes what it imports into documents, facts, and timelines about the entities you work with.
- Answers questions and briefs you (or your AI agents) from that knowledge, respecting per-source privacy settings you control.
How Exo uses Google user data
- Access is read-only and only to the services you explicitly connect.
- Imported content is used solely to build your own knowledge base — never for advertising, and never sold.
- OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Disconnecting stops sync and removes Exo's stored credentials; you can also choose to delete imported connection data or revoke access directly with Google.
